Tuscany, "Toscana" for the locals, is located in the central area of Italy, known as the heart of wine country.
Thinking about having a Tuscan Wedding in sunny Italy?
Tuscany is one of the important areas of Italy! This region has so much to offer visitors with it’s vast economic, gastronimical, historical, cultural and artistic patrimony.
The town of Cortona is one example of the attractions and magnificence that Tuscany has to offer. Attractive shops, bars, and restaurants line the plaza and offer the possibility to savour the beautiful scenery of the Tuscan landscape while enjoying an Italian gelato. And who doesn’t love gelato, right?
There are several surprising museums and Catholic Churches for visitors to enjoy. We particularly enjoyed surprising our couple and their guests by booking a historical Church up-top a hill for their religious wedding. It offered a 360° view of the countryside that everyone enjoyed.
The Tuscan region is also very famous for its wines. This is where Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, just to name a few, is made.
And what could be more Italian than a vineyard wedding!
Tuscany region has two international airports, Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence and Galileo Galilei Airport in Pisa. Galileo Galilei International Airport is bigger than Amerigo Vespucci Airport. And many major European city flights are operated through these airports.
